Water Level Details
GOOD. Water lightly stained; 76-79 degrees; 1.78 feet low. Striper fishing is amazing. Catching lots of fish on live bait, white and chartreuse jigs, and large spoons. Some fish are being caught on topwaters early in the morning. Sand bass are good on slabs with some schooling happening. Slabs and spoons in chartreuse, white, and silver are all good colors. Eater size catfish are still good on cut shad fished on bottom in 15-35 feet of water on the north end of the lake. Bass are mostly done spawning and are now guarding fry. Report provided by TJ Ranft, Ranft Guide Service. Striped bass are good on live bait, down rigging and trolling umbrella-rigs or artificials mid lake.
